Meet Katie
A little about me
I’ve always been an active person- whether I’m walking, weight training, or taking group fitness classes. My love for Pilates began in 2010 thanks to a dear friend who introduced me to the practice, and in 2018 I became certified and began teaching my own classes.
I love spending time with family and friends and being involved in my church- the River Community Church.
I believe that movement is the key to a long, healthy life. I have a medical background and know how critical exercise is to our bodies.
I love meeting new clients, developing relationships, and helping them achieve their goals. I sincerely care about people and want them to feel a sense of accomplishment when they leave my class.
What can clients expect from your class?
Expect high-energy movement, upbeat flows, and clear, supportive cues, all within a welcoming community environment where everyone is encouraged. I aim to bring a positive, motivating vibe to the room while still creating space for balance and breath. My hope is that you leave each class feeling stronger, energized, and restored.
